last night I made a whole roast chicken with potatoes and it was the bomb. i am triumphant over chicken!
i had a pretty decent weekend with the exception of being awkwardly moody, off and on . i don't think I've had enough time to myself lately, which is probably the reason I get to feeling unbalanced. I worked mostly 10-12 hour days last week and that's just asking for trouble.
and it's probably going to happen again this week. I doubt I'll be writing, or thinking, much. it's difficult.
